runqemu: allow multiple unfs instances to run simultaneously

A miscalculation in the way the port numbers of mountd and nfsd
are created was causing conflicts when starting multiple instances
of qemu using userspace nfs.

Thanks to Rudolf Streif for proposing this fix!
