Fix FreeBSD endian checks

FreeBSD, like OpenBSD, uses BIG_ENDIAN, LITTLE_ENDIAN, and BYTE_ORDER,
whereas Linux and compatibles use __-prefixed names.  Define the names
the same as the OpenBSD block below it.
