fsl-layerscape: Add fsl_esdhc peripheral clock support

Add esdhc peripheral clock support
for NXP layerscape platforms: LS1046ARDB, LS1043ARDB,
LS1012ARDB, LS1028ARDB, LS1088ARDB, LX2160ARDB
