OvmfPkg: Use BZ3937_EFI_RESOURCE_MEMORY_UNACCEPTED defined in MdeModulePkg

BZ3937_EFI_RESOURCE_MEMORY_UNACCEPTED is defined in MdeModulePkg. The
files which use the definition are updated as well.
